I purchased my first side by side at Kevin Powell Motorsports in Greensboro this past weekend. The sales "friend" Carmine Sicca was exceptional. I say friend because he made me feel so comfortable with my purchase and walked me thru all the options available that I truly felt like I was dealing with someone I knew for years versus someone I just met as I walked thru the door. The entire team down to the service technicians who helped Carmine secure my side by side on my trailer were very friendly and helpful. They even waited with me past closing time on a Saturday so I could rush home and bring my trailer back to get my side by side that night. I'm truly appreciative of the dealership's support and kindness. I am now a loyal Kevin Powell customer!!

I normally avoid businesses that advertise a lot because that tends to be an overhead cost that gets added in somewhere down the road but after seeing the internet price on a bike my son was looking for , he lives 4 hours away, I figured it was worth a shot. I thought that it would be a loss leader or bait and switch on the price but boy was I wrong, when I arrived I met BIGBOI who could not have been more helpful, he assured me that the price was right, the bike was in stock and even held it a day for me without a deposit which I had offered just to be sure we had a deal when my son could get here to complete the purchase. It was a very comfortable process and I like to buy things rather than be sold things so the no pressure and low key approach from BIGBOI fit in with my comfort level. If you are looking for an honest straight forward process don't be scared by the somewhat annoying advertisements they really do help you get what you want at an excellent price with a great selection to chose from. I'm a Ford guy so if I decide to look for another vehicle I will probably check out Kevin's other dealership based solely on our experience here in Greensboro.

Wow what a day I had here at the Greensboro location. I just wanted to take a moment and give a tremendous amount of credit to my salesperson Sammantha ( who has a smile that will keep you positive) and sales manager Todd ( calm personality was overly assuring). I admit I ran into some slight issue with my own financing I had when I even stepped foot into the showroom. Rather than telling me im sorry this deal will not work this team stayed past closing to negotiate with my bank to get me riding the bike of my dreams at very fair price i may add. I recomemed Samantha to anyone looking to see what options are available. She flawlessly juggled three customers including myself seamlessly. Thanks again to the Kevin Powell of Greensboro Team. I recently purchased a New 2017 Honda Rebel 500 and was extremely pleased with the service and guidance provided to me from my sales rep Donta Womack.
